What are the Challenges of Global School Education and where India stand on that?

Mr. Ashish Bhatnagar.
MODERATOR.

TOPIC:

What are the Challenges of Global School Education and where India stand on that?
Group: National UN Volunteers.
Time: No limit. Whenever you wish to share your views you can. 6 am- 10pm
Aim and purpose of Education.
Education, at its best, is about helping people discover, refine, and develop their gifts, talents, passions and abilities; and then helping them discover how to use those gifts, talents, abilities in ways that benefit others and oneself
When the purposes are for the upliftment of our society, then no doubt is in to have number of challenges in global education system or local education system.
Challenge: 1
Right to education RTE.
We have existing learning organizations where learners are part of that organization for sime years without having a journey of discovery to discover what is within them till now.
We came to the point now as education the fundamental right of a man.
In real sense Education is life itself. It is not a right to claim. When shall we reach or take Education to the state of life from rights.
Challenge: 2
Testing & Assessment
Testing should exist as a servant to the main goals of education.
Whenever people start to build learning organizations and experiences around tests instead of designing tests to serve and amplify the organization’s mission, vision, and values; we have a problem. Such organisations will face lot of challenges to exist or to continue.
We should know here one thing. Education  itself a tool designed by nature to test users. Whereas we design a tool to test Education.
And the design is of the mindset of the designer. We consider him or her as the standard designer.
It can be explained with an example-A teacher of your school is a question setter of his subject. Means he is one of the designer of a tool to assess Education.
Can he be a standard designer.? Can a school assure of this?
Then where is the standard assessment or test? That's beyond our imagination and understanding.
If we get such a test then there won't be challanges in Education.
Therefore assessment or test is to assess the complete person as the Education is for shaping the complete man.
But our design for assessment is assesment of education in a person and not the outcomes of Education in that particular person.
Reminder: The purpose of Education is man making first.
Mr. Nahid Raza UNV: Yes sir
It is not possible in one go hence small pieces are worked on then only we will be able to do it
Challenge:3
Nurturing the nature of learners.
Character, virtues, and non-cognitive skills have always been an important part of a person’s growth and maturation, not only into adulthood but throughout life.
If we want to invest in aspects of education that have a huge impact on the lives of individuals, their families, their communities, their places of work, and the entire world around them; we are wise to devote time and attention to how we can nurture these important elements that less frequently show up in a list of learning objectives for a course or goals for a formal program.
We are talking about traits like grit, courage, conscientiousness, integrity, personal ownership, the capacity to postpone gratification, collaboration skills, the ability to plan and prioritize, and many others.
Nurturing aforementioned already existing nature in users of Education is the prime purpose of Education. But it is not happening in most of the learning organisations.
Challenge:4
Purpose of Education is misunderstood.
Formal and informal Education are the two categories of it. Formal is to detect the skill within. And informal is to develop and make use of it. Formal education is for learning and informal is for earning. That is for job opportunities and openings.
But what do we do is reverse. Our challenges are due to which when right things are chosen for wrong. That's Education for employment. Education is often about teaching people to critique, but that must be accompanied with nurturing the capacity to create, to discover and embrace the purpose and meaning in the world around us…and beyond. Education is not mere for employment. Education is not a passport or password access to a job.
The very purpose of Education is limited into one's qualification in our country or community.
Is it correct?
Mr. Paul Moses UNV:
Challenge 5:
Factors that affect learning.
Students of different countries have different capabilities owing to what they have learnt. Learning capacities also vary due to environment. We in India mostly follow rote method while learning. Most of the schools in India, including the so-called International schools, test students' memory instead of testing their intellectual abilities. Self-learning is hardly. Any learning process that makes students self-dependant is hardly found.
Free education up to some level is quite good. But if it extends the limit, especially for male candidates, the value of education and the course pursued is found to have diminished.
Mr. Ashish Bhatnagar UNV: CBSE is trying to change now. I can see many welcome changes to the syllabus, curriculum and approach now.
Mr. Paul Moses UNV: As we give value to money, what is paid, is similarly given value. Many in India are graduates but are jobless.
Mr. Ashish Bhatnagar UNV:  I hope the points you mentioned will be considered especially with the new NEP. Rote learning has been there for ages but there are some good signs I can see in some schools. Many changes have been there so far, but nothing proved to be very productive. It takes time to see some significant changes. May be, but it depends on the government. Rote learning is not completely bad. But it doesn't help any student develop his/her intellectual skills. We are still in the third world status; 72 yrs since we've got independence; still how long?... Is, unfortunately, one of the questions being posed with no positive answers and outcome left. Are we comparing ourselves with those who are already developed or with those who are under-developed?. Our wonderful politicians don't keep us updated with new techniques and methods to have them implemented in schools and colleges.
Q: What is your qualification?
R: B.Tech.
Q: What are you?
R: Customer-care Executive.
Let's See the above...
The qualification of the person has nothing to do with the job the person is doing.
What is the purpose of education?. This is what's going on in our country. The study field and the job field has a lot of difference. What are schools doing these?. It all depends in students' interest, parents' involvement; active or passive; institutions' maintenance of quality while giving the quality stuff to its benefactors (students) for what they are paid. But it again reflects on the nation's disability in giving its students what is best. Egoistic feelings among politicians and  social groups installed in some families or indians' minds keep our present youth from learning the best or at least something better. A real learner learns any good even from an enemy. Are we? Are our children taught to learn alike?. A real education is a moral food. Do we know ow how many are taking are that as a poison?
Mr. Ashish Bhatnagar UNV: There are numerous such examples.... Raghuram Rajan, Nirmala Sitaraman,. And many more
Mr. Paul Moses UNV: I appreciate them for they belong to the past. We are in the present world. But examples of?. We need the examples of those who work according to what they aimed at. Very few are there. I still doubt if you should say there are many. What is our population? How many complete their Degrees,  PGs and Ph.Ds.a year?. How many do possess research minds?. How many are involved in the research process?. How many scholars are discouraged by their guides while in the research completition?. How many are able to get their doctoral degrees successfully without being harassed by their guides or professors?. Out of those many (if yes), how many are worthy of those doctorates?. How many research minded children are developed by our schools and colleges in our country? How many of them are encouraged to ask questions? How many of such questions are tolerated?. How many good citizens have we made so far? A citizen is a responsible person for the place, district, state, Nation and society he/she lives in.
Challange 5
Marking  system for marketing in Education
One of the main problems with our Indian education system is its marking system.
The intelligence of the students is judged by the way they perform in a 3 hour theoretical paper rather than by their overall performance in the class.
In such a scenario, learning lessons to get good marks becomes the sole aim of the students. They are not able to think beyond it. They are not bothered about understanding concepts or enhancing their knowledge all they think about is to look for ways to get good marks.
Another problem is that the focus is only on theory. No importance is given to practical learning.
Our education system encourages the students to become bookworms and does not prepare them for handling the real problems and challenges of life.
Academics are given so much importance that the need to involve the students in sports and art activities is overlooked.
Students are also overburdened with studies. Regular exams are held and students are scrutinized at every step.
This creates acute stress among the students. The stress level of the students continues to grow as they advance to higher classes.
The scores are one of the main criteria in marketing the school for its existence. The teachers and leaders are evaluated by the way of secured scores.
All other activities are of no use Infront of scores and all other facilities are unimportant if the scores are good. Fee structure is fixed by the scale of scores.
The vision and mission of a school take last bench Infront of the score.
Totally all over development of a child is restricted to the scores.
Now here are some
WAYS TO IMPROVE INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM
Some of the ways to improve the education system are, focusing on skill development; it is the time for the Indian schools and colleges to stop putting so much importance to the marks and ranks of the students and focus on skill development instead.
The cognitive, problem solving, analytical and creative thinking skills of the students must be enhanced. Imparting practical knowledge, practical knowledge is very important to develop a thorough understanding of any subject.
However, our Indian education system focuses mainly on theoretical knowledge. Revising the curriculum, the curriculum of our schools and colleges is the same since decades. It is the time to change it as per the changing times so that the students learn things more relevant to their times. Classes on developing good communication skills as it are the need of the hour.
Looking beyond academics, the education system of our country must look beyond academics. Sports, arts and other activities must also be given importance to ensure the all-round development of students.
Certainly there is a way in NEP 2019.

Jinn in Islam

INCREASE KNOWLEDGE

There are 3 types of Jinn as described in the following authentic Hadith:
The Prophet Muhammad (saws) said:
"There are 3 types of Jinn; One type flies through the air, another type consists of snakes and dogs. A third is based in one place but travels about."
◼Tabarani and Buhaqi
Jinni: Is a term used by the Arabs to refer to one Jinn.
The 3 types of Jinn are as follows:
1 Amir: (Resident Jinn) used to mean that he is one of those who lives with people.
2 Shaytan: Used for a Jinni who is malicious and has become wicked.
3 Ifrit: Used for a Jinni who is stronger and more powerful than a Shaytan.
The way of life for the Jinn is just like Human Beings. For Example: they are accountable for their actions, just as Human Beings are.
Allah says in the Qur’an:
"I created Jinn and Mankind only in order that they might worship Me."
(Qur’an 51:56)
There are believers amongst them, who will be rewarded, and disbelievers, who will be punished, as they admit in the following verse from the Qur’an:
"And indeed there are amongst us, Muslims and amongst us, wrongdoers. As for those who accept Islam, they have sought out the right path. And, as for the wrongdoers, they will be firewood for Jahannam."
(Qur’an 72:14-15)
Whenever Allah sent a Prophet to mankind, the Jinn of that time could also receive his message. Thus, some Jinn came to Prophet Muhammad (saws) one night and he recited Qur’an to them, and taught them about Islam.
(Narrated Muslim)

Materialistic Marriages

Materialistic Marriages

Dear Brothers in Islam:
One of the major destruction to 21st century marriage is social media counselors, articles, posts and testimonials.
Marriages is not about how beautiful she is, or how rich she is, or who her family are. It is about how good she is internally and spiritually.
An internally good woman can save you from hellfire and she has the power to change the society from bad to good.
When she produces children, they are the future Aalims and sheikhs.
Beauty is an illusion, so choose for character.
Likewise
Dear Sisters in Islam:
A wealthy man should not be your concern. Because we have seen many wealthy men, but all they give their wives is tension, headaches, and troubles.
Also don't go for his family background or heritage.
Now unfortunately, people are rich, but you don't even know how they accumulate their wealth, halal or haram. Sisters, wish for a gentleman, who is humble, kind and generous, God fearing and spiritual.
He might not make you rich, but he can make you happy forever. And in jannah, he becomes your King and you His queen.
• Some wash their husband's clothes and it works for them. Others don't and amazingly it works for them too.
• Some cook for their husband and it works for them. others don't and shockingly, it works for them.
• Some are full time house wife and it works perfectly for them. others are not and trust me, it also works for them.
• Some know their husband cheats and it works for them. others don't know and don't want to know and it works for them.
• Some contribute to the upkeep of their home and it works for them, others don't and it also works for them.
• Some are in distance relationship and it works for them, others are in a close relationship and it works for them.
• Some sleep in the same room and it works for them, others don't and amazingly it works for them.
◼◼◼◼◼◼◼◼◼◼
Every relationship works and will only work if everybody understands that no two marriages are the same, no two individuals are exactly the same, and no two situations are exactly the same.
Even when the situations are the same, the individuals are not and even if the individuals are the same,  the circumstances surrounding those marriages are not the same.
We come online daily and read tons of articles about what people do in their marriage, the one that don't wash is calling the one that Washes a slave, the one that washes is calling the one that don't wash bad marriage (wife) material.
◼◼◼◼◼◼◼◼◼◼
*One of the major destruction to 21st century marriage is social media counselors, articles, posts and testimonies.*
◼What works for you to be happy?
◼How sure are you that the person you are copying is happy?
My dear, you are not mad, you are not a slave, you are not rude for seeking happiness.
One of your major goal in life  is to seek happiness and peace of mind in your marriage, it can only be gotten if you understand that even if you are world class 1 married to world class 1 you are not the same as your neighbor that her husband also bears her husband.  You are different and unique in your own ways.
Please while you read things online. Please know what works for you. It might sound stupid to others but provided you have peace of mind and you are happy, please stick to it.
Everyone has their own share of challenges that come with marriage and everyone has their different approach to it.
If you must copy, know what you are copying, know who you married, know you are different.
Your marriage is not second hand, fake or outdated because you are not doing what people online says they are doing.
How sure are you that they are doing it? Some will tell you to quit but they have been enduring for years even when theirs is worse than yours.
Please have a mind of your own, know you are different and seek for peace of mind and happiness in your marriage.
It all depends on what works for you.

A UNIQUE ROLE TO KEEP YOUR HUSBAND HAPPY AT HOME IN RETURN FOR PARADISE.

A UNIQUE ROLE TO KEEP YOUR HUSBAND HAPPY AT HOME IN RETURN FOR PARADISE.

We all know in Islam that marriage is an act of worship and managing your marriage well can easily earn you PARADISE especially our sisters.
 The task of a wife is to maintain and take care of a husband. It is not an easy undertaking. Those women, who are unaware of this feature of their role, may find difficulty in fulfilling the task.
 It is a job for the woman who is aware that the job requires a degree of sagacity, style, and ingenuity.
 For a woman to be a successful wife, she should win over her husband's heart and be a source of comfort to him.
She should encourage him to do good deeds while dissuading him from bad ones.
 She should also provide adequate measures to maintain his health and well-being. The results of her efforts are directed towards making the man into a kind and respected husband who would be a proper guardian for his family, and a good father from whom the children would seek guidance and respect.
 ALLAH, the All-Knowing has endowed woman with extraordinary power. The prosperity and happiness as well as the misery of the family are in her hands.
 A woman can turn the home into a lofty paradise or a burning hell. She can lead her husband to the peak of success or the dregs of misfortune.
 The woman with the qualities bestowed on her by ALLAH, who is aware of her role as a spouse, can elevate her husband to a respected man even if he had been the lowest of all men.
 "One learned scholar wrote: 'Women possess a strange power in that they are able to acquire whatever they desire'."
 In Islam, taking care of one's husband has an important position. It has been equated to the role of Jihad (holy war in the path of ALLAH). "Imam Ali (a.s) stated: 'The Jihad of a woman is to take care of her husband well'." Allahu Akbar.
◼So sisters, please do your best purely for ALLAH sake seeking PARADISE as your rewards. Ensure you win his heart to the home by dressing decently all the time, ensure your hair is well maintained all the time, speak with respect and be submissive never be aggressive as that's not the nature of a woman.
◼For my brothers, your care, actions etc can easily earn you all the above qualities from your wife but make a mistake that you are the boss, you will loose all these and your home will become a place of hell.
May ALLAH keep guiding us all and protect our marriages from any satanic influences. Aameen

TWENTY REASONS WHY YOUR DAUGHTER SHOULD WEAR HIJAB

TWENTY REASONS WHY YOUR DAUGHTER SHOULD WEAR HIJAB

1) It’s a sign of physical obedience to the commands of Allah.
2) It conceals your shape and body.
3) It protects your tender skin from the scorching ultra violet rays of the sun.
4) It conceals your body from mosquito bites and mosquito music.
5) It conceals your body from the eager eyes of strange men.
6) It helps men to lower their gaze.
7) It conceals your beauty from the gaze of Jinns and Jinn attacks.
8) It shields your skin from dust.
9) It protects you from cold.
10) It reduces heat by providing a spiritual AC for you.
11) For a woman who wears hijab, socks, gloves and niqab, no one will know if she is fair or dark.
12) It conceals your inner garments and makes them last longer.
13) Hijab shields your ‘Awrah when you mount your husband’s power bike in public.
14) Hijab increases your shyness, modesty and Taqwa.
15) No one knows if you have a bow leg, K-leg or yam leg except you.
16) It makes you stand out in a crowd because you are one in a million.
17) No suitor can even see your body until he takes your father/guardian’s permission.
18) Hijab earns you respect, hence people call you “Hajiya” even if you have never been near Makkah; they call you “Mallama” even when you are still struggling to learn the Arabic alphabets; people make way for you, even conductors don’t mess up with you.
19) Wearing a hijab is like wearing a verse of Allah.
20) The hijab is the best ID card directly from the Lord of the worlds.
*Brothers and sisters, please take note!*

QUR'AN IS THE BEST MIRACLE ON EARTH

QUR'AN IS THE BEST MIRACLE ON EARTH

BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem.
The miracles that were given to the previous prophets and Messengers were such that they would have the greatest impact on that particular Nation.
The people at the time of Moses (PEACE be UPON HIM) excelled in magic and sorcery, so he was given miracles which surpassed all their abilities, as a proof of his prophethood.
The people at the time of Issah, Jesus (PEACE be UPON HIM) excelled in healing and medicine, and he was accordingly given appropriate miracles for that time by Allah to proof to them he was sent as a Prophet to them.
The people at the time of Prophet Muhammad (PEACE be UPON HIM) were masters of language and eloquence - he was sent to them with the Quran.
The powerful effect it had on its listeners, who were skilled practitioners in the art of rhetoric, was unsurpassable till date. It's a living miracle.  Few could help but be enchanted by it. It changed the entire Arab Peninsula and still changing the entire world till judgement day.
Because it is the direct speech of ALLAH the Mighty GOD, it is able to connect with the soul for those who sincerely decide to study it.
How can anyone memorize such a volume of pages without missing a dot? That alone is a challenge for anyone or group of people to be able to emulate.
Write your own book say just 20 pages. Try to memorize your own words and story of only the 20 pages then you will notice Qur'an is not just a book or words but rather something that connect with the soul.
It contains true story of the past, present and future. It contains all sorts of rules and regulations to make human being the perfect for this earth and to guide for the hereafter.
May ALLAH increases us in beneficial knowledge of the Qur'an.
Aameen.

Hijab is not compulsory if you're not of the following:

Hijab is not compulsory if you're not of the following:

The Woman Of Jannah Cover Their Bodies To Achieve Success In The Akhirat.
My Dear Beautiful Sisters ... *Do you know that observing the correct hijab is not for all women?*
Yes, covering the whole body is not compulsory for all women, even the Qur'an confirmed it.
◼In Surah al-Ahzab ( Q33, V59), Allah Taala only mentioned 3 types of woman that should observe hijab.
• Firstly - The Wives of Rasool ﷺ (which am very sure you are not among them).
• Secondly - The Daughters of Rasool ﷺ (which am also sure that you are not among).
• And Lastly - The Believing women (i.e. Those women who wish to be among the dwellers of Jannah) and If you are among them, you should cover all your body properly or you may have already started covering yourself Masha Allah.
But if you are not among them - you are free to dress as you like. The choice is yours, but I will pray that Allah protect brothers from the fitnah and protect you from the eyes of wolf, and make you a Muslimah, for you to enjoy the eternal bliss.
NOTE : Hijab does not mean to cover only your hair, and wear any clothes you want, NO !!
That is a big mistake. Proper hijab is to wear a long and loose dress that covers all your body and from head to toe, and the shape of your body does NOT show in it.
May ALLAH Subhanahu wa Ta'ala guide us to understand the proper teachings of the Qur'an and Our Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi wasallam.
Allahumma Ameen.

TEN THOUGHTS TO PONDER

TEN THOUGHTS TO  PONDER

1. Remember that your Lord forgives those who ask Him for forgiveness, and He accepts the repentance of those who repent, and He accepts those who come back to Him.
2. Show mercy to the weak and you will be happy; give to the needy and you will be well; do not bear grudges and you will be healthy.
3. Be optimistic, for Allah is with you, and the angels are praying for forgiveness for you, and Paradise awaits you.
4. Wipe away your tears, think well of your Lord, and chase away your worries by remembering the blessings that Allah
has bestowed upon you.
5. Do not think that this world is ever perfect for anyone. There is no one on the face of the earth who gets all that he wants or is free from all kinds of distress.
6. Be like a tall tree with high aims; if a stone is thrown at it, it simply lets its fruits drop.
7. Have you ever heard that grief brings back what has been lost, or that worry corrects mistakes? So why grieve and worry then?
8. Do not expect trials and calamities, rather expect peace, safety and good health, if Allah wills.
9. Extinguish the flames of hatred from your heart by forgiving everyone who has ever hurt you.
10. Ghusl,  siwak and being organized are effective medicines for all kinds of distress and worry.
Don't let your ego to destroy your humanityᰪ

Umm Ma’bad Gives Best Description Ever of Rasūlullāh ﷺ

Umm Ma’bad  Gives  Best  Description  Ever  of Rasūlullāh

Rasūlullāh  ﷺ  and  Abū  Bakr  visited  a  tent.  In  front  of  this  tent  was  an  old woman,  her  name  was  Umm  Ma’bad.
She was  a  very  generous  woman; anybody  who  would  pass  by  she  would  feed  them.  When  Rasūlullāh  ﷺ and  Abū  Bakr  got  there,  she  did  not  provide  them  with  anything,  so Rasūlullāh  ﷺ  asked  her  if  she  had  anything  to  spare. she  said,  “If  I  had anything,  you  would  not  have  to  ask.”
So  Rasūlullāh  ﷺ  saw  in  the  corner of  her  tent  a  very  weak  goat  and  he  asked  her,  “What  is  the  problem  with that  goat?”.  She  said,  “That  goat  is  too  weak  to  go  out  with  the  rest  of  the flock  to  feed.”
So  Rasūlullāh  ﷺ  asked,  “Is  there  any  milk  in  her?”  She said,  “She  is  weaker  than  that!”  Rasūlullāh  ﷺ  asked,  “Will  you  allow  me to  milk  her?”  She  said,  “Go  ahead.”  So  Rasūlullāh  ﷺ  goes  to  milk  that goat  and  he  asks  for  a  big  container;  not  a  cup  [but]  a  big  container.
And then  he  touches  the  goat  and  he  starts  milking  it,  and  milk  is  flowing  out until  it  fills  the  container  and  all  of  this  foam  [is]  on  top  of  the  milk.
And then  he  gives  it  to  Umm  Ma’bad  first,  so  she  drinks,  and  then  he  gives  it  to Abū  Bakr  and  ‘Āmir  and  ‘Abdulah  Bin  ‘Uraiqat,  and  they  all  drink  and  he  is the  last  to  drink  and  he  said,  “The  servant  of  the  people  is  the  last  to  drink,” so  he  was  the  last  to  drink.
And  then  he  left  and  there  was  still  a  lot  of  milk in  that  container.  So  the  husband  of  Umm  Ma’bad  comes  back  with  his  flock of  sheep  and  he  sees  this  milk  and  he  says,  “Umm  Ma’bad,  where  did  this milk  come  from?!”  She  said,  “A  blessed  man  visited  us  and  he  was  the  one who  milked  the  she-goat.”
He  asked  her  to  describe  this  man  to  her.
(Umm Ma’bad  gave  a  description  of  Rasūlullāh  ﷺ  that  remains  until  this  day  as one  of  the  best  descriptions  ever  given  about  Rasūlullāh  ﷺ  even  though she  only  met  him  once,  and  I  will  read  to  you  her  description  of  Rasūlullāh ﷺ.)
she said:
*“I  saw  him  to  be  a  man  of  evident  splendour;  fine  in  figure,  his  face handsome.  Slim  in  form.  His  head  not  too  small.  Elegant  and  goodlooking.  His  eyes  large  and  black.  His  eyelids  long.  His  voice  deep.  Very intelligent.  His  brows  high  and  arched.  His  hair  in  plaits.  His  neck  long and  his  beard  thick.  He  gave  an  impression  of  dignity  when  silent,  and  of high  intelligence  when  he  talked.  His  words  were  impressive,  and  he  was decisive;  not  trivial,  not  trite.  His  ideas  like  pearls  moving  on  their  string. He  seemed  the  most  splendid  and  fine-looking  man  from  a  distance,  and the  very  best  of  all  from  close  by.  Medium  in  height,  the  eye  not  finding him  too  tall  nor  too  short.  A  tree  branch  as  it  were  between  two  others, but  he  was  the  finest  looking  of  the  three,  the  best  proportioned.  He  was the  centre  of  his  Companions’  attention;  when  he  spoke,  they  listened well,  and  if  he  ordered,  they  hurried  to  obey.  A  man  well-helped,  wellserved,  never  sullen,  never  refuted.”*
Her  husband  said,
“This  man  must  be  Muhammad,  the  one  whom  Quraish are  pursuing.  If  I  meet  him,  I  will  pledge  allegiance  to  him  and  become Muslim.”
Now,  by  the  way,  Umm  Ma’bad  did  pledge  allegiance  to Rasūlullāh  ﷺ  and  she  became  Muslim.

WHAT A WONDERFUL KHUTUBA IN SAUDI ARABIA LAST FRIDAY

WHAT A WONDERFUL KHUTUBA IN SAUDI ARABIA LAST FRIDAY

☂Surround yourself with Muslims who practice the Deen. They are your only True Friends in this Life and in the Hereafter.
☂Not everybody is out there to judge you, there are some who want the best for you and want to help you get into Al-Jannah, value them.
☂Indeed, a friend who doesn't care about your Aakhirāh is not really your friend.
☂Sometimes the hardest person for you to correct is yourself. There is no shame in being wrong, the shame is in choosing to stay on the wrong path.
☂Whatever takes you NEAR to Allah, takes you AWAY from Hellfire. Whatever takes you AWAY from Allah, takes you CLOSER to Hellfire.
☂We all take tomorrow for granted because we believe tomorrow will always be there. Tomorrow may be there, but we may not!
☂Who said "TOMORROW" is guaranteed? Make the use of "TODAY" that you are blessed with!
☂Yesterday many thought that they would see today, and today many will think they will see tomorrow.
☂Death could be tonight, in the next hour, the next second, yet we live as if we still have so many years to live.
☂You may be rich, famous or have a high status in this dunyah, but to the Angel of Death, you're just another name on the list.
☂Our death and meeting with our Creator is approaching and yet our biggest worry is what are we going to wear tomorrow? ‪#‎in‬ competition
☂One day you'll just be a memory for people, and a lesson to others. Do everything you can to please Allah, be a positive lesson.
☂Just imagine how many people were here with us last year, but are no longer here again! Even our turn is soon approaching. May Allah forgive us an forgive them.
☂We walk with our heads high up in the sky, unaware that one day we'll be trapped 6' Feet under the ground. ‪#‎Reminder‬
☂You look for the latest fashion and designer clothes, but don't forget O' Son of Adam! You will end up being wrapped up in just a white shroud.
☂Live to please the Creator, not the creation. If Allah is happy with us, what more can we ask for?
☂It's sad how we only begin to appreciate blessings, either materialistic things or good people; only after we lose them. When it's too late!? Do we really invest to be like them?
☂You wouldn't throw away a diamond to pick up a rock, so in the same way, don't throw away the Aakhirah (Paradise) by chasing the Dunya (worldly).
☂How do you expect to get Al-Jannah (paradise) when you haven't worked for it in Dunya? That's like expecting to pass an exam you never took a class for.
☂We live in a time where people leave out food in fear of becoming overweight, but cannot leave out sins in fear of Allah!
☂For a believer. — you may be penniless, homeless, unemployed, sick and feel like you have nothing. But you have the One thing that money can't buy: "Allah".
☂Allāh knows what you want, what you need, what you deserve, at what time & what place, trust Him & His decisions (are best for HIS creations), He knows while you don't.
☂If a kaafir celebrity mentioned your name to the world, how happy would you be? Mention ALLAH in a gathering, and He mentions you to the angels!
☂And, make the Q UR'AN your companion and a part of your life. Don't let urself become a stranger to it. The Q UR'AN is like a friend, the longer the friendship lasts the more you will know of its secrets.
☂Don't praise me because I'm on my Deen, but pray for me because I have faults which you have not seen.
Repent
ُ"Truly, ALLAH loves those who repent (the prodigal son), and He loves those who cleanse themselves." [Al-Quran 2:222].
May ALLAH purify our hearts. And peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon our noble Messenger of Allah, MUHAMMAD and his household.
If you care about other people's salvation, then send this message to them. May ALLAH Almighty increase His LIGHT and GUIDANCE in our lives. AMEEN.

Dua for your Parents

Dua for your Parents
“My Lord, have mercy upon them both as they brought me up [when I was] small.”
رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا
Rabbi irhamhumaa kamaa rabbayaanee sagheeraa
(Surah Al-Isra ,verse 24)
Allah says in the Holy Quran:-
23. And your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him. And that you be dutiful to your parents. If one of them or both of them attain old age in your life, say not to them a word of disrespect, nor reprimand them but address them in terms of honor.
24. And lower unto them the wing of submission and humility through mercy, and say: “My Lord! Bestow on them Your mercy as they did bring me up when I was young.”)
Allah commands us to worship Him alone, with no partner or associate. The idea of worshipping Allah is connected to the idea of honoring one’s parents.
Here He commands good treatment of parents, as He says elsewhere:
Give thanks to Me and to your parents. Unto Me is the final destination
31:14

Do not let them hear anything offensive from you, not even say “Uff!” which is the mildest word of disrespect.
`Ata’ bin Rabah said that it meant, “Do not raise your hand against them.” When Allah forbids speaking and behaving in an obnoxious manner, He commands speaking and behaving in a good manner, so He tells to speak gently, kindly, politely, and with respect and appreciation.
And say: “My Lord! Bestow on them Your Mercy as they did bring me up when I was young.” means, say this when they grow old and when they die. Ibn `Abbas said: ”

But then Allah revealed:
(It is not (proper) for the Prophet and those who believe to ask Allah’s forgiveness for the idolators. ..)” 9:13
There are many Hadiths which speak about honoring one’s parents, such as the Hadith narrated through a number of chains of narration from Anas and others, which states that the Prophet climbed up on the Minbar, and then said, ((Amin, Amin, Amin.)) It was said, “O Messenger of Allah, why did you say Amin” He said: (Jibril came to me and said, “O Muhammad, he is doomed who hears you mentioned and does not say Salaam upon you.” He said, “Say Amin,” so I said Amin. Then he said, “He is doomed who sees the month of Ramadan come and go, and he has not been forgiven.” He said, “Say Amin,” so I said Amin. Then he said, “He is doomed who grows up and both his parents or one of them are still alive, and they do not cause him to enter Paradise.” He said, “Say Amin,” so I said Amin.)
Another Hadith
Imam Ahmad reported from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (Peace be upon him) said: (He is doomed, he is doomed, he is doomed, the man whose parents, one or both of them, reach old age while he is alive and he does not enter Paradise.) This version is Sahih although no one recorded it other than Muslim.
Another Hadith
Imam Ahmad recorded Mu`awiyah bin Jahimah As-Salami saying that Jahimah came to the Prophet and said: “O Messenger of Allah, I want to go out to fight and I have come to seek your advice.” He said,
(Do you have a mother) He said, “Yes.” The Prophet said, (Then stay with her, for Paradise is at her feet.) Similar incidents were also recorded by others. This was recorded by An-Nasa’i and Ibn Majah.
Another Hadith
Imam Ahmad recorded that Al-Miqdam bin Ma`dikarib said that the Prophet said:
(Allah enjoins you concerning your fathers, Allah enjoins you concerning your mothers,
Allah enjoins you concerning your mothers,
Allah enjoins you concerning your mothers,
Allah enjoins you concerning your close relatives then the next in closeness.)
This was recorded by Ibn Majah from the Hadith of `Abdullah bin `Ayyash.
◼Another Hadith
Ahmad recorded that a man from Banu Yarbu` said: “I came to the Prophet while he was talking to the people, and I heard him saying, (The hand of the one who gives is superior. (Give to) your mother and your father, your sister and your brother, then the closest and next closest.)”
